A small kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, espresso machine, electric kettle, and clay water filter.

Villa Gaia & Villa Alma | Approximately 80 m² Each

Villa Gaia and Villa Alma blend Balinese-inspired design with locally crafted Costa Rican hardwood furnishings. Limestone masonry carries from the interiors to the exteriors, creating a cohesive relationship between the villas and their natural setting.

Each villa features a king-size bed, an exterior kitchenette with an espresso machine and electric kettle, a clay water filter, and an in-room safe. Wooden decks, a teak daybed, a teak dining table, and a spacious ocean-facing yard with a lounge area create comfortable settings for outdoor living.

Villa Liri | Approximately 35 m²

Villa Liri pairs beautiful ocean views with glass walls and handcrafted furnishings, creating an intimate retreat immersed in its surroundings. A locally crafted teak king-size bed anchors the interior, complemented by indoor and outdoor bathing areas and an outdoor patio.

Amenities include air conditioning, hot water, an espresso machine, mini refrigerator, in-room safe, and clay water filter.

Retreat Organizer & Staff Loft | Approximately 25 m²

A dedicated loft accommodates up to two teachers, retreat organizers, or crew members, providing convenient on-site lodging for those supporting the retreat experience.

Villa Shefa — The Main Residence

Villa Shefa is a two-story, oceanview residence with a relaxed bohemian aesthetic, handcrafted teak furnishings, distinctive accessories, and locally crafted architectural details. Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan living area and kitchen with wooden cabinetry and an enclosed pantry. Handcrafted floors and custom woodwork add warmth and texture throughout, while a full bathroom provides added convenience.

A large outdoor terrace, barbecue area, lounge seating, and open-air dining extend the living spaces into the tropical setting. Clay water filters are also provided.

Upper Floor

The spacious primary suite features ocean views, a king-size bed, a wooden daybed, an en suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed and closet, with a shared bathroom serving both rooms. A small common sitting area completes the upper level.

Wellness & Communal Spaces

THEA’s shared amenities support a range of retreat activities, from movement and restorative treatments to communal meals and time by the pool.

A fully equipped, approximately 50 m² yoga deck, enclosed treatment room, and infrared sauna provide dedicated spaces for wellness programming. A saltwater swimming pool and adjoining lounge area offer a place to unwind between activities.

A fully equipped, enclosed communal kitchen with water filtration serves the outdoor dining area, while shared restrooms and a laundry room with storage for linens and retreat supplies support day-to-day operations.

Property & Infrastructure

The property comprises approximately 5,000 m² of land and a reported 600 m² of construction, with parking for up to four vehicles.

Water infrastructure includes a connection to the San Isidro ASADA, an on-site well, and a 25,000-liter concrete storage tank.
